ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.05.2017 passed in W.P.No.13452 of 2017.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents produced a copy of the communication of the second respondent bearing Ref.No.Pen1/30298/2019 dated 30.06.2019 and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed.
