Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.MP.No.12575 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.19940 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021 to report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19940 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation for the past two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that vide order dated 0112.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.19940 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, once in a Month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 07/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
