Mr.S.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to agitate the issue before the first respondent/Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, to redress the grievance of the petitioner, to whom, a representation would be given in due course, he submitted.

2. Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
