ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the 2nd respondent herein to visit and inspect the subject premises and file an inspection report regarding the violations committed.
With reference to the relief sought for in the writ petition, the learned Standing Counsel for CMDA would submit that the CMDA has already initiated enforcement action. The revision petition filed by the co-
owner before the Government was disposed of by granting time to rectify the deviations and restore the building as per the Building Plan Approval. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are prolonging the issue.

Thus, the respondent / CMDA is directed to ensure that the deviations are rectified within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that rectification is to be done in all respects and the building is to be restored as per the Building Plan Approval.
