O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.A1/37408/2008 dated 11.02.2011 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to release the entire Gratuity and pension to the petitioner along with continuity of service and all attended benefits, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter was listed on 04.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 07.08.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 07.08.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
