Respondent(s) PRAYER Direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to survey and fix the boundary stones of the Petitioners land situated in Kallakurichi District, Tirukkoilur Taluk, Panapadi Village, Lands in Survey No.152/2A1 , in this an extent of 0.04.0 Ares, Survey No.152/ 2A2, in this extent of 1.33.0 Ares, Survey No.152/5 in this extent of 1.44.00 Ares, situated at Panapadi Village Village Limit based on petitioner application for the survey and fix the boundaries vide Challan No.2025/ 0123/ 33/ 009779 dated 12.11.2025 and give proper police Protection to enable the 2nd respondent to measure the land. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted an online application on 12.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Mr.R.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 4.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 1 and 2 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land

owners and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the first respondent, the third respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
