The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to issue legal heirship certificate for the grandmother of the petitioner, L. Rajalakshmi.
2. The petitioner had given a representation on 30.12.2022.
3. The legal heirship certificate is not normally issued or cannot be issued when a representation is given. There is a procedure for application. It has to be done online. The petitioner may well be advised that an online application be submitted by her seeking legal heirship certificate. The details of the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased L.Rajalakshmi may be given and thereafter let the respondents, invite the petitioner and verify the authenticity of the petitioner and her claim and pass necessary orders.
4. Petitioner to apply on or before 10.03.2023 and the respondents should dispose the same on or before 10.04.2023. 2/4
