ORDER

The petitioner is 'A' party in proceedings initiated by the 1st respondent in t/vz;/24/2015/m4, dated 24.02.2015 under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/'A' Party had never indulged in criminal activities and there is no case is pending against them. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no breach of peace or disturbance of public tranquillity after the issuance of the notice. He further submitted that as per Section 107 and 111 of Cr.P.C., the order to be in force only for a period of six months unless, for special reason to be recorded in writing. In this case there is no such reason exist to keep the notice pending. The order in t/vz;/24/2015/m4, dated 24.02.2015 dated 27.10.2014, which is under challenge has been terminated. 4.In view of the above, no order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
