2. Heard Mr.V.Kuberan for M/s. Rank Associates and Mr.N.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for M/s. Waran and Sai Rans for the respondent.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that aggrieved over the order of appointment of Arbitrator, the respondent had filed SLP before the learned Apex Court. However, the same has been not pressed, with a liberty to file a review before this Court. Though the review has been filed, it has not been taken up so far. In the meanwhile, the mandate of the arbitrator is over. Hence seeks time for extension. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Whereas the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would contend that since the review application is filed, he will work it out separately and he has no objection for extending the time for commencing the Arbitral proceedings.

5. In such a view of the matter, this application is ordered and six months time is extended, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to commence the Arbitral proceedings, in O.P.No.816 of 2018. 1/10/2021 mvs.
