ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.2555 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Pollachi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners/accused would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties, the learned counsel for the respondent/complainant is not aware of such settlement.

3.In view of the same, if the settlement is not arrived and the case is still pending, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
