Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to expeditiously process and issue the refund in respect of the petitioner's security deposit pertaining to Tender Ref.No.002/M(P)/ TNMSC/SUR&SUT/2012 amounting to INR 13,69,328/- dated 6.2.2012 along with eligible interest.
