( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Third day of February Two Thousand Twenty Two PRESENT The Hon`ble Mrs Justice T.V.THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1053 of 2022 IN CRL OP.8802/2021 KARPAGAVALLI [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, RAMANATHAM POLICE STATION, TITAGUDI TALUK, CUDDALORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.48/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed order dated 10.11.2021 in Crl.MP.11427/2021 in Crl.OP.8802/2021 in Para No.3 considering the said submission the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every wednesday at 10.30 am for interrogation on receipt of summons, and pass such further or other orders this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T. MEGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8802 of 2021 on 19.05.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
