ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the records in Ma.Aa-3, Na.Ka.No.B1/10195/51/2011 dated 21.03.2011 and quash the same and directing the respondents to give contract confirmation order for the period of one year.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the matter is of the year 2011 seeking one year contract confirmation order. Now, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
