Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 03.11.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for correcting the legal heirs Certificate issued already for her deceased husband. It is stated by the petitioner that Class 2 legal heir has been wrongly included along with Class 1 legal heir while issuing the legal heir Certificate. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
