ORDER
In terms of the order passed by this court on 30.01.2026, the respondent was directed to pass appropriate orders under Section 82 of the Motor Vehicles Act and report compliance to this Court.
2. The respondent was not in a position to pass an order on account of objection that had been made by one, Gnanasekaran. Yesterday, i.e. on 24.02.2026, the writ petition in W.P.No.6385 of 1/5
2026, filed by the said Gnanasekaran was dismissed by this Court, removing the impediment that the respondent was suffering to pass orders, as per the order dated 30.01.2026.
3. Mrs.V.Usha had stated on 24.02.2026, that she will file an affidavit of undertaking of the respondent, stating that within a period of two weeks from yesterday, the respondent will pass an order in terms of the order dated 30.01.2026 and report compliance. Hence, I adjourned the matter today to enable her to file the said affidavit. Accordingly, she filed the said affidavit today. The same is scanned and extracted hereunder:
