The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellants/claimants stating that at the time of filing the claim petition, the second appellant/claimant was minor.
Now, he obtained majority. Therefore, the guardianship has to be discharged and he has to be declared as major.
2.In view of the above submissions, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
