This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.554 of 2024 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police and transfer the same to the 3rd respondent for re-investigation / further investigation and file a final report. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submitted that investigation in Crime No.554 of 2024 has been completed and closed as mistake of fact on 20.11.2024. He further 2/4

submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.86 of 2024 and a copy of the charge sheet was also served on the complainant. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.554 of 2024, this original petition is dismissed.
