Petition praying that in the circumstances stated the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed for reporting before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Cuddalore, everyday 10.30 a.m vide order dated 08.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.19366 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.U.PRESSANNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing him to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Cuddalore, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19366 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19366 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police once in a week until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
