This Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to execute the sureties as per order in Crl.M.P.No.15976 of 2024 and by order dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22875 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from today and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "The District Legal Services Authority, Salem District" Failing which, the order of granting bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
