31. The District Collector, Office of the Collectorate, Thiruthani Main Road, Thiruvallore District. 602 001.

Respondents/Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Order IV Rule 9(4) of A.S. Rules to condone the delay of 658 days in representation of the WA.SR.No.41743 of 2014 Writ Appeal filed filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 22.9.2011 passed in W.P.No.13791 of 2011 on the file of this court.

For petitioner/appellant : Ms.R.Varalakshmi COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

2. Apart from the delay of 658 days in re-presenting the writ appeal,it is seen that the order of the learned Single Judge needs no interference on

merits. As per the directions issued by the learned Single Judge to the District Collector, it appears that a list has been submitted by the District Collector, but, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board/Appellants require some clarification with regard to applicability of G.O. Ms.No.656 Labour and Employment Department to the beneficiaries enumerated in the list submitted by the District Collector.

3. Therefore, there is no scope for interference with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Rather, the appellants can seek clarification with regard to the order to be passed in furtherance of compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The petition seeking to condone the delay is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal at SR stage is rejected. No costs.
