This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in No.10/2014/A1/The.Ne dated 22.04.2014 and further direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post based on the educational qualification of the petitioner on compassionate ground For Appellants : Mr. P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram Spl. Govt. Pleader

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) The instant intra-Court appeal arises from the order dated 21.08.2014 passed in W.P. No.20271 of 2014, whereunder, the Writ Court has directed the respondents-authorities/appellants herein to consider the case of the respondent/writ petitioner, after calling for details from her, to verify her financial condition for appointment on compassionate basis, on account of her father's death in harness.

2. The Writ Court, by order dated 21.08.2014, had granted four weeks time to the authorities, to call for details and thereafter, take a decision within a period of eight weeks. It appears that the authorities could not do the needful within the specified time.

3. Thus, on the request of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the authorities/appellants, we grant further four weeks time from today to the appellants to comply with the impugned order passed by the Writ Court, upholding the said order passed by the Writ Court on merits.

4. This intra-Court appeal is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
