This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.13713 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.19564 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on alternate Saturdays for a period of three(3) months. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.13713 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.19564 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
