ORDER

This writ petition challenges notice dated 03.10.2023, 17.10.2023 & 25.10.2023 and subsequent enquiries and proceedings held on 10.10.2023, 20.10.2023 & 31.10.2023.

2. Pending writ petition, the respondents have passed an order dated 29.12.2023, which the petitioner has challenged by way of W.P.No.4308 of 2024, instituted on 14.02.2024, thus rendering the earlier writ petition instituted on 23.01.2024, i.e., W.P.No.1902 of 2024, infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner specifically contends that the impugned order has been back-dated and issued. Thus, all other issues will be considered after completion of pleadings in W.P.No.4308 of 2024.

4. W.P.No.1902 of 2024 and connected miscellaneous petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs. 28.02.2024 Index:Yes/No ssm 2/4
