ORDER

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, vide order dated 09.03.2026, had directed the 3rd respondent to refund the amount paid by the petitioner along with the interest at the rate of 12% per

annum, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of that order. However, the said order has not been complied by the respondent till date. Hence, he requests this Court to grant liberty to file a contempt petition against the respondents.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents had preferred an appeal against the aforesaid order passed by this Court and the same is yet to be numbered. Hence, they are not in a position to comply with the said order.

4. In view of the above, it appears that no further order is required in these petitions. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a contempt petition against the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. 27-04-2026 nsa Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
