2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regulary complying with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 32 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30894 of 2024 on 11.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 30-01-2025 Lpp To
