Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing the 1nd Respondents herein to dispose of the representation dated 15.04.2024 not to mutate revenue records in name of 6th Respondent forthwith. For Petitioner : M/s.M.Vimal Bobby Crimson For Respondents : M/s. M.R.Gokul Krishnan A.G.P.

O R D E R

Since the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2024 requesting the respondents not to mutate the revenue records in the name of the 6th respondent herein, has not been considered to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 5.

3. Considering the limited prayer that is sought and also considering the fact that the representation made by the petitioner on 15.04.2024 has not been considered to date, a mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2024 after issuing 2/5

notice to all the interest parties, hearing their objections and thereafter pass orders. In case of a rejection a speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
