ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur in Dis.No.D/954/2022 dated 04.05.2022.

2. It is seen from the records, while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2113 of 2022, this Court, by an order dated 01.02.2022, directed The Legal Services Authority, Thiruvallur, to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) i.e., Rs.50,000/- each in the name of the two minor children of the deceased under the guardianship of any one of the maternal grandparents of the children, in post office fixed deposit till they attain majority, as interim compensation in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur has sent a communication dated 04.05.2022 in Dis.No.D/954/2022 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further period of eight weeks time to collect the documents from the victims maternal grandmother and for depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/- each in the name of minor children.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to collect the documents from the victims maternal grandmother and to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- each in the name of minor children from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
