ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27954 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27954 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
