Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of 2nd second respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.W3/118286/93, dated 16.07.1993 and quash the same and direct the respondents not to appoint any person in the place of the petitioner to the post of Noon Meal Organizer at N.Valayanandal School, Noon Meal Centre, Paramakudi Panchayat Union, Ramnad District. ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.W3/118286/93 dated 16.07.1993, quash the same and direct the respondents not to appoint any person in the place of the petitioner to the post of Noon Meal Organizer at N.Valayanandal School, Noon Meal Centre, Paramakudi Panchayat Union, Ramnad District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also given a letter to that effect to the learned Special Government Pleader.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and the letter produced before this Court, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
