This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.R.P. 1437 of 2008 dated 22.12.2022.

3. From the records of the Court, it is seen that as claimed by the petitioners, vakalat have been filed by the counsel, but unfortunately her name was not reflected in the cause list, which disabled the counsel from representing such respondents.
