Today, when the appeal came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants appeared before this Court and filed a memo stating that the appellants 2, 3 and 5 and sole respondent are dead. It was the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants that they have not received any instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased appellants and the other appellants.
