Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.01.2021 for issuance of separate patta from joint patta No.553 and dispose of the same forthwith.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.01.2021 for issuance of separate patta from joint patta No.553 and dispose of the same forthwith.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.03.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
