Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the tender for fishing in various lakes situated in Edappady Panchayat Union. ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the tender for fishing in various lakes situated in Edappady Panchayat Union.
2. Mr.P.H.Aravindh Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General on instructions, submitted that the respondents issued a tender notification for fishing in various lakes by following the procedure as per law, the matter is pending before the committee.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation of the petitioner.
4. In the light of the submissions of the learned counsels, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties on merits and in accordance with law.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
