ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to relax the the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner/appellant in Crl.A.No.1495 of 2024 by order dated 20.12.2024 directing the petitioner/appellant to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, at 10.30 a.m. every day until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Special Court for trial of Cases Under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Cuddalore, on 25.01.2025 itself vide e-filing No.LTN 20220002424/C202400416.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the serious nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
