Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in proceedings NIL dated 14.06.2019 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to refund the amount paid by the petitioner viz., Rs.1,31,50,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) with interest.
