This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No. 1348 of 2015, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No. 1348 of 2015, as expeditiously as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
