This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent in No.5369/A1/2012-1 dated 30.04.2013 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died. After demise of the sole petitioner, no legal representatives have taken steps to implead themselves to substitute the deceased sole petitioner.
