This Court, by order dated 09.02.2021, directed the third respondent to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of six weeks.

2.In compliance of the order passed by this Court, the third respondent had passed orders on 22.03.2022, rejecting the petitioner's request.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary. The said compliance is recorded. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
