(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is no representation for the petitioner. So also, on the earlier two dates, i.e., on 05.03.2019 and 04.03.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In the order dated 05.03.2019 it is reflected that to give one more last chance to the petitioner, the matter was posted on 13.03.2019 i.e., today for dismissal. As stated earlier, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2007 is closed.
