ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents, to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, M.Anbuselvan, aged 45 years, husband of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has been arrested in connection with Crime No.1180 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 336, 397 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, by the K3 Aminjikarai Police and remanded to custody and to that effect remand report has been submitted, wherein it is clearly stated that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody. Under the said circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
