O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 to give suitable police protection to the petitioner and her family members, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on perusing the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent-Police found that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein and that the respondent-Police advised the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for getting appropriate remedy. Instead of approaching the Civil Court, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking police protection.

3. On a perusal of the complaint, it is seen that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and his neighbours. The petitioner wants to succeed his rights and as he has given a criminal colour to the civil dispute, he is not entitled to relief sought for in this petition. Hence, this 2/4
