2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, this Petition is ordered to the following effect:

"In order to serve the Respondents, the Petitioner herein is permitted to effect Paper Publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural"

Daily, mentioning the date of hearing of this matter as 10.02.2020. Paper Publication shall be effected on or before 02.02.2020 and Affidavit of Service shall be filed into the Registry on or before 05.02.2020."
