The petitioner/A4 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.427 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that brother of the defacto complainant and A3 are friends. It is stated that A3 was travelling in a motor cycle belonging to A1 and it was stopped by the defacto complainant who, owing to the previous enmity threw the key of the motorcycle. Keeping that as a motive, all the accused had gone to the house of the defacto complainant and had caused severe injuries, including head injury. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that A1 and A4 had been granted bail.
