The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 07.10.2021 in W.P.No.21709 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the second respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.3433/Aa2/2019 dated 27.12.2021, granting the relief to the petitioner and he has also produced a copy of the said Order, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
