2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent did not raise any serious objection for the above petition.

3. In the result, The Petition is ordered as prayed for and the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay the court fee, if any, for the enhanced Claim Petition, within a period of two weeks from today.
