Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 to 6 to retain the pension and other retirement benefits accruable to the 7th respondent and deposit the same in the joint account, held by the petitioner and the seventh respondent, bearing account No.30315816349 held with the eighth respondent-Bank, without a right of withdrawal to the seventh respondent, pending disposal of the petition for maintenance in MC.No.14/2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.
