This petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore District to consider the bail application on surrendering and filing of the bail application by the petitioners on the same day in Crime No.33 of 2016, on the file of the respondents police.

2. It seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and it is pending before the 2nd respondent police. Admittedly, earlier the petitioner had filed a petition in the year 2016 and after four years, this petition filed cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.
