Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to draw a panel for promotion to the post of Steno Typist Grade I as on 15.03.2016 and include the name of the petitioner therein and to promote the petitioner to the said post with retrospective effect from the said date and to grant her the pay fixed for the post of Steno Typist Grade I with effect from 28.12.2012 i.e., the date from which the petitioner is discharging her duties in the said post continuously and grant the petitioner all consequential benefits.
