ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of the petition filed under Section 105 Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No.4394/2017 in C.C.No.2594 of 2017, which was split and numbered as C.C.No.3114/2019, against A1-Shakir Hussain having passport No.J6400898 and A4-Zakir Hussain having passport No.N2780392, who are currently residing in Abu Dhabi. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the petition under Section 105 Cr.P.C., in the year 2017 and the for the past four years, the same is pending without any progress. Hence, he prayed for direction to dispose of the petition.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to pass orders in Crl.M.P.No.4394 of 2017 in C.C.No.2594 of 2017, which was split and numbered as C.C.No.3114/2019, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
