This application is filed to permit the applicant / petitioner to amend the long and short cause title in the petition in (T)OP(TM).No.225 of 2023 and reflect the name of the petitioner as "E-221, Kanakia Zillion, Junction of LBS & CST Road, BKC Annex, Kurla West, Mumbai - 400070" instead of "No.610, Shah & Nahar Ind. Estate, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018" wherever necessary.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, this application stands allowed. 3.The petitioner is required to carryout necessary amendment.
